Africote’s All-in-One matt Acrylic PVA is a 3 in 1 One coat, Water based paint system, it is specifically designed to be a One coat Plaster Primer, Undercoat and Top coat All-in-One. This system is specifically formulated for this cost saving purpose and is based on a modified styrene acrylic polymer and has built in mica for strength. All in one convenient package.
