Africote’s Rust converter is a Rust modifier (de-oxidizer) iron oxide neutralizer & surface conversion preparation treatment. Used effectively for the neutralizing of rusted surfaces into solid compounds thus modifying the surface in preparation for surface coating and or painting. This system eliminates the requirement for cleaning and sanding the rust from the surface.
